Carson Cooper is a modern shaman and founder of Frequency First — a movement helping leaders activate the light body and transmit higher frequency through every part of life and business. He bridges science and spirituality with a Master’s in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, more than 16 certifications, and the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for service and impact.

Do I need to have done the Frequency First Activation Series before joining?
Yes. The Modern Shaman is built to take everything the Activation Series or iAscend Retreat activated and drive it deeper — into practice, application, and full embodiment. Without that foundation, the depth of what happens here does not land the same way. If you haven’t completed either yet, reach out. We’ll talk through the fastest path to get you here.
What is the time commitment?
Twenty-two live virtual sessions over ten months, meeting every other week at 1:00–2:30 PM. Outside of sessions, the practices you develop become woven into how you lead and live — they don’t require a separate time block. This work is designed to replace the complexity, not add to it.
Is this live or recorded?
Sessions are live. Recordings are uploaded within a few days for anyone who cannot attend. Showing up live is deeply recommended — the transmission in the room is part of the initiation. This is not content delivery. It is a live energetic container, and your presence inside it matters.
I’m a CEO, not a coach or healer. Is this for me?

What does “licensed Modern Shaman” actually mean?
Upon completing the program, you have the option — not the obligation — to license the Frequency First Activation Series and take your own clients through the same 12-session journey. How is this different from the iAscend Retreat?
The retreat is four days of deep in-person initiation — nervous system, light body, channeling, shadow, Akashic Records. It lands the foundation in your body at a level a screen cannot reach. The Modern Shaman is the ten-month container that takes everything the retreat ignited and builds it into a complete operating system — psychic mediumship, soul retrieval, the 9 Rites, medical mediumship, advanced Merkaba, full practicum. The retreat opens the door. The Modern Shaman is what is on the other side of it.
What is the difference between this and Transcend2i?
The Modern Shaman is the complete initiation — it stands entirely on its own. Transcend2i adds the 8-day Egypt pilgrimage as the ignition before the Modern Shaman integration begins. Egypt activates at a depth that the ancient temples were literally engineered to create. The Modern Shaman then ensures it stays. If you feel the call to both — that path exists and it is extraordinary. But The Modern Shaman alone is a full, complete arc.
